Sometimes after the initial package is complete families find they need additional help or just prefer to stay in touch. If you are returning to seek assistance for the same child for whom the original plan was created you can choose from the options below. If you are a returning family with a new child that needs assistance please return to the main sleep solutions page to purchase a consultation.

For families who have completed a consultation or package but need a bit more support to reach their goals or tackle a new issue with the same child. Includes 2 follow up phone calls (typically about 20 minutes each) to be used within the 2 weeks and 2 weeks of unlimited email support from the date of purchase. For families using the Baby Connect app, I will begin or continue to check in there.

A 30 minute phone call for families who have completed a consultation or package of support but need to chat again just once about a new or ongoing issue with the same child.

For families who have completed a consultation or package of support and have reached their goals but simply want to stay in touch and have the ability to ask questions about the same child as they arise. You will have access to daily email support (limited to one email per day) for 31 days from the date of purchase. For families using the Baby Connect app, I will begin or continue to check in there. Unused time does not carry over and support is limited to quick questions. More involved issues/questions may require also purchasing a refresher call.
