Getting out of the house with a new baby can feel really overwhelming. Whether you are recovering from birth, experiencing postpartum anxiety/depression, are one of the 1 in 10 fathers who experience Postpartum Depression or you are simply struggling with the transition to motherhood, or if you simply aren’t ready to leave your home; you don’t have to put off coming to therapy. They will come to you. A home session includes a support call in between appointments.
Therapy is an investment into your own well-being. It’s not selfish or self-indulgent to take care of yourself.

Testimonials
"At the insistence of my ob-gyn, I found a wonderful therapist who helped me survive the rest of that pregnancy, the postpartum period and all the days I've lived since we met more than six years ago. I've become a huge believer in the benefits of therapy for women and mothers."

"After having my first baby, I felt so conflicted emotionally. I was so happy to have such a beautiful daughter, but I didn't feel a bond with her for a while and felt so guilty and sad because of it. I found Perri's group and she helped me realize that what I was feeling happens to a lot of other women, and it helped me feel not so alone. The group was so supportive of each other and there was never any judgement by anyone. I would truly recommend this group to any woman who feels she needs a little extra help and support postpartum.
