Let’s Talk Services is a team of speech-language pathologists providing personalized speech and language therapy to children and families throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Chester Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as Northern Delaware. We specialize in early childhood communication while also supporting children of all ages and abilities. Our services address a wide range of communication needs, including speech sound development, expressive and receptive language, social communication, feeding, and more. We believe every child has a unique way of communicating, and our goal is to help them build skills and confidence in ways that honor who they are.
At Let’s Talk, connection comes before compliance. Our approach is rooted in building meaningful relationships, following each child’s interests, and creating a safe, supportive environment where communication can flourish. We embrace neurodiversity-affirming practices that recognize and respect different ways of thinking, learning, and communicating. Rather than focusing solely on meeting targets, we prioritize meaningful communication, authentic connection, and skills that make a true difference in a child’s everyday life. Through play, individualized strategies, and collaboration with caregivers, we make therapy engaging, purposeful, and tailored to each child.
We offer both evaluations and ongoing therapy in the home or at your child’s school, preschool, or daycare, depending on family preference and availability. We feel that providing services in familiar, natural environments allows children to feel comfortable and supported while giving therapists the opportunity to address communication skills in the settings where they matter most. Whether a child is learning to communicate during playtime at home, navigating social interactions at school, or developing language during everyday routines, therapy in these environments helps bridge the gap between learning a skill and using it independently in real life. We also value strong partnerships with families and educators, empowering the people who know each child best to support their communication growth beyond the therapy session. We provide services for: * Speech Sound & Articulation
* Expressive & Receptive Language
* Early Language Development
* Social Communication
* AAC (Augmentative & Alternative Communication)
* Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS)
* Gestalt Language Processing
* Feeding & Mealtime Support
* Fluency
* Speech & Language Evaluations
* Parent & Caregiver Support We truly prioritize the relationships we build with our families and feel they are just as important as the therapy itself. We take the time to get to know each child and family, understand what matters most to them, and build a relationship rooted in trust and communication. Our role often goes beyond the therapy session and we see ourselves as part of a family’s support team, working alongside parents, caregivers, teachers, and other providers to help each child thrive. We want families to feel supported, heard, and confident that they have a team in their corner every step of the way.

Testimonials
My son experienced a significant speech delay, her speech therapy services have helped propel my son to be back in line with his peer set. She’s made an early connection with my son so that immediately I saw results. And provided practical examples that my husband and I could apply at home. She and her staff are amazing. - Emily N.
